Mass Spectrometric Proteomics

The Mass Spectrometric Proteomics Core Facility provides instrumentation, expertise and assistance for the analyses of a broad range of compounds for applications in the areas of proteomics, lipidomics and metabolomics for the benefit of the local research community.  Our routine analyses involve the identification of proteins, characterization of protein complexes; characterization of post-translational modifications and relative quantification of peptides/proteins/small molecules from a wide range of sample types as well as mass spectrometric tissue imaging.

Core facility assists users with development of experimental designs, sample preparation, analytical method development and result interpretation.

This Core provides independent and assisted use on our instrumentation. As well as, several projects and service list items.
